Been raining for 4 or 5 days here, but not much accumulation.

However it's been so Foggy out, I don't know if I could find my Smoker on the front porch!!!

First I hope you missed all the bad weather stuff wow did Texas get hit hard! Great looking ham pineapple makes a great addition. I'm south of Bear about 3hrs, we've had over 3" rain and the fog has been horrible.

Thanks HS,   The tornado's missed us, We had over 5 inches of rain and some wind.

Gary sorry I was looking at this and wondered if you resmoked the bone,if ya did I missed that post also and it got me thinking I would use my Ham Bone.

Points for a mouth watering piece of meat.Soups in the pot we need a soup forum LOL Dbl Smoked Ham bone

I always save the bone with some meat left on it for a Pot of Pinto Beans

That would be a fight at our house. My wife is as proud of the bone as she is the ham.
