Whats up guys? Wife just got me the smoke Hollow 38" propane smoker for Christmas and I plan to use it before the holidays even get here. Thoughts on woods/rubs/preferred meats anything else smoker related will be appreciated. Signing in from PA here.

Welcome to the forum!  I'm not familiar with propane smokers, but chicken would be a good cheap choice for getting used to your equipment.  Glad you joined us.

Welcome to SMF!

Glad to have you with us!

I agree with Mike on the chicken as a good choice to practice with.

Leg quarters are about as easy as you can get.
