They look awesome. I am completely new to this forum and to smoking. My wife just got me an electric smoker for Christmas and I’m chomping at the bit to smoke some wings (my favorite next to brisket). Any tips on how long and at what temperature to smoke about 25?
 
As high a cooking temp as your cooker will go. If not above 300+ place on a hot grill or under the broiler to crisp up the skin. Internal temp should be around 165 to 170.
