Chicken Thighs, Mashed Taters & Peas!
Mrs Bear didn’t want Smoke this time, so she Baked the Thighs in her Oven for an hour, and I put the flavor on them with my Weber “Q”.
Great Day to Grill—Temp was all the way up to 41°. Not bad for the end of January.
