I actually ate 2!

Shawarma looks great. I turned my air fryer rotisserie into a shawarma spit this past weekend. Turned out some killer thighs served with an turkish cucumber salad and greek salad. Was ticked I did not have the time to make some pickled turnip or get Mediterranean pickles for it.

Man that looks great. I need to try that bread pocket thing. Be good with thin steaks too.

I'm sure I would be able to put down a couple of those as well.

Will have to print up this recipe and try some time soon.

You gotta like good meals that aren't too time consuming. Especially on weekdays.

Looks great. I've been thinking of that because I made my first batch of Baba Ghanoush this week. Sorry I didn't take pics.

After watching several videos on youtube for baba, I kind of winged it. Had a fire going in the Little Buck stove to take the chill off so, I just threw the eggplant directly on the fire for a few minutes just kind of flipping it around with some tongs for awhile.
When it seemed abuot right I tried to peel it but, it still seemed a bit tough so I stuck it in the oven for about 25 minutes at 400.

It was getting late so I stuck it in the fridge until the next day. After peeling it and poking around a bit with a potato masher, I decided to stick it in the cuisinart after I added tahini, garlic and lemon juice to taste. Spooned it onto a plate with a bit of smoked paprika and olive oil and went at it with some pita bread. Good baba :-) .

Now, I want to work on toum ( Lebanese garlic sauce. ).

Never heard of it, but it looks Mighty Tasty from the Den!!
Nice Job & Thanks for showing!
