First Cook RT1250, Lemon and Herb Grilled Chicken

Fired it up 1/2 an hour ago, got some Italian dressing marinated chicken drumsticks on for dinner tonight.

For tomorrow I have a big slab of skinless pork belly that I'm going to season tonight with a Red Fajita rub.
Cook it tomorrow for pork belly tacos, yum!
