I cooked up some chicken leg-thigh combos this afternoon. I'd seasoned the chicken with a garlic/onion/paprika mix we like. Cooked indirect for an hour using maple wood chips.
We had a pasta salad on the side. While cooking the chicken, I "baked" potatoes down on the coals. The potatoes are in the fridge with a host of other goodies "getting happy together" as potato salad.

Looks really good from my screen.

Point for sure
Chris

Yea love those things!
Best part of a chicken, but I have to say for health reasons we usually eat boneless skinless breasts.
But I SV them for 3 hours at 132, and they are as tender & juicy as a thigh!
I put butter, lemon slices, & Montreal chicken seasoning in the bag too.
