I made these last year and it was time to do again. Has some leftover red sauce in freezer I made for Birria Tacos. Man this stuff is tasty. Sadly I did not save the recipe but I have pictures of ingredients in that thread:

Got ingredients ready. Still had some green Hatch chiles from 2 years ago so used it up. Man those spicy. This is by far the best sour cream. I get it at local Mexican market. I like these low carb tortilla's better than regular.
Got the filling made and heated the tortilla's
Sauce in bottom and filled tortilla's on top. Than sauce and cheese.
Baked up.
Plated with some Charro Black Soybeans. One of the best low carb meals!
