Used that Cured Turkey Breast I smoked. Friend I gave half to said that was the best he has had. Curing turkey is the way to go. Gathered ingredients. Was undecided whether to use cream of chicken or jalapeno. I ended up using chicken. Used some hatch chiles I had frozen.
I normally use stand mixer to shred meat but is is usually still hot when do it. Decided to use food processor. I like it better using the stand mixer. Combined 1 cup sour cream, cream of mushroom, and green chiles. Needed some seasoning. Added a healthy dose of Roberts,
tx smoker
fajita seasoning. That did the trick.
Next heated up tortilla's
Good time to sip on a Margarita
Spread some sauce on bottom of dish.
Assembled.. Ran out of cheese so used some thick bagged cheese. Really did not need it as there was plenty without.
Baked 30 minutes at 375
Yummy
Unfortunately I left leftovers on counter overnight. Was planning on giving most of it to couple friends. Not taking any chances. Just the way things been going for me lately.
