Had left overs tonight. I have a pretty high heat tolerance and these are pushing it. Those Hot Hatch Peppers are insane.

Thanks. I forgot how hot those hatch peppers where. When I pulled bag from freezer ended up having two bags in it so just used both. After sitting a day it was spicy.
