Well it's my take on it. Huge chicken breasts sliced in half almost all the way to the end. Seasoned with meat church honey hog added CB and Swiss cheese to the inside. Fold back over. Rub some olive oil on the outside and panco. Forgot pics of the prep. Sorry. Smoker was set at 250 took a out a hour and a half

This was very good. I said it needed more stuffing things but the wife said no it's perfect. Fresh sweet corn also.

About 170. I was surprised it had a bit of a smoke ring layer
 
Looks right tasty to me! I haven't had any thing cordon blue in years.
