Chef's and Caterer's weigh in please portion sizes

    So Valentines Day was an eventful one this year (long story short she said yes) and now I have been elected to prepare the main coarse. We have decided to do pulled pork and brisket. My question is how much to make? We are keeping it relatively small, probably 80ish people. I have 3 smokers so I should be OK on space, we are are also doing sides such as slaw, potato salad, mac salad, beans, mac & cheese. Any help would be appreciated.
