Should be tasty! Warmed up here into the 30's today. Low is still going to be in the teens.

I was really tempted to get some Tillamook pepper jack the other day. We only have two blocks left.

How long did you smoke it. Looks great

Filled todds 12 inch tube with Italian pellets and let it go in my offset all nite. So about 5 hours of smoke and 7 hrs of rest at 25 degrees

Nice. I love his Italian pellets. I am going to try this in my SFB vertical
