Chat Log on

Is there an area where I can get help on chat? The only thing that pops up is asking for a username and password. Apparently my username here won't work, and there's no place for registration.

damn, I'm in there right now waiting for you......What link are you using to try and get in? The chat link right next to quick links on the blue bar above? I'm trying to remember if I had to register or not, don't remember.
It comes up automatically for me with the default window. Anyone else know???
