Hey guys I live in Central Oregon and have been learning to butcher and cure for the past few years. I have a traeger deluxe that has worked very well for me. I often use wild game when available. I am also an avid fisherman so smoked salmon and steelhead is often on the menu as well. Thank you in advance for all of your knowledge!
