…of indecision. After seeing the post of vortex ribs and vortex thighs I was indecisive on what I wanted to do! My inner fat boy said..”do ‘em both!” Who am I to disagree with that logic?
Six thighs and a slab of STL cut ribs spent the night chilling with TulsaJeff TulsaJeff original rub.

onto the kettle with the vortex with a big chunk of cherry in the middle of it.

had it a bit crowded. So took about an hour and fifteen minutes to cook. Sauced the last 15 minutes with Kinders Honey Hot.

Off and rested while I ran a can of Grilling Beans from Bush through the microwave.
Plated With the beans, deli tater salad, A famous Dave’s sweet hot pickle spear. Thst curled up piece is some of the trimmings I could let go to waste.
