Greetings! My name is Hannah. I'm from British Columbia, Canada. A.K.A. the pacific northwest. My dad used to smoke fish when I was a kid and remembered how good it was. That's about all the experience I have - the eating part. I have a very cheap bullet-style vertical smoker purchased from Canadian Tire. I've used it twice. Once to do trout (which worked okay), and once...well...right now. Trying to smoke chicken leg quarters and it t'aint goin' well. I posted a message in the Newbie forum about it.
