In my opinion, there cannot be life without smoking. It's been done in one form or another since our ancestors first created fire. Besides, I love it.

Ive been to tarpon a few times over the years. I believe that you and i lucked out when we found OPA. They make a greek style caviar called (( Taramosalata )) wow.
Note, I hade to google "greek caviar" to get the spelling LOL LOL
