Got creative for my cabbage yesterday. Saute an onion in 6 T butter untill soft then several cloves garlic. In went whole head cabbage. Mean while brown some beef and seasoned with Weber Hamburger seasoning. When cabbage gets soft dump into mixing bowl. Added beef, can of Roasted Garlic Mushroom Cream soup. If not tried that soup missing out. So much better than regular mushroom. Had a 1/2 can left over rotel put in. 8 Oz Velveta cheese. Salt and pepper and cayenne. Into a baking dish and 350 for thirty minute. This the best cabbage ever ate!

Looks like a delicious recipe I may need to play around this winter. I might be inclined to bake it in the pellet grill instead of the oven.
 
Looks tasty Brian. Agree with you on the roasted garlic cream of shrooms. We use it in place of regular for everything
 
That sure does look good . Recipe sounds like a keeper . I put half a head of cabbage in my ham and beans the other day . Really added to it .
 
Wow, that sounds super tasty! Very creative, I love cabbage in a dish, this sounds/looks like a home run. I do gotta tell you my wife was giggling when she read “this is the best cabbage I ever ate” but Not in a bad way! think the velveta, Roasted Garlic Mushroom Cream soup and hamburger had her convinced that she’d like that cabbage too!
