Got creative for my cabbage yesterday. Saute an onion in 6 T butter untill soft then several cloves garlic. In went whole head cabbage. Mean while brown some beef and seasoned with Weber Hamburger seasoning. When cabbage gets soft dump into mixing bowl. Added beef, can of Roasted Garlic Mushroom Cream soup. If not tried that soup missing out. So much better than regular mushroom. Had a 1/2 can left over rotel put in. 8 Oz Velveta cheese. Salt and pepper and cayenne. Into a baking dish and 350 for thirty minute. This the best cabbage ever ate!
