I always like to throw a bunch on on longer smokes. Makes a great lunch! The color and flavor on the beef and melted cheese are unbeatable
 
Yep....fatties on a lang......
Like was said...if I'm doing some butts or Ribs, I'll toss on some fatties to smoke for lunches later in the week.
