Cold smoked a few Tatonka Dust seasoned burgers in beech for a little over an hour.

-----

Cooked the burgers indirect at 325º.

-----

My burger was a classic ketchup, pickle and red onion.

-----

My wife's burger was garnished with Gary's Peppers and blue cheese crumbles.

Thanks for looking!

Nice looking burgers! I'm going to have to do that setup this summer with some burgers and see how we like them. Do they still turn out mr?

Yes, they are cold smoked with no heat and then cooked to preferred internal meat temperature.

Nice looking burgers! I want to try that dust sometime.

That looks really good! I am looking to do something like this real soon. How long did you smoke the burgers?

The burgers were smoked a little over an hour, then fired up the grill and cooked them.
