Burger night

It's Friday so it's burger night in this household.
Grilled beef burger seasoned up with a brisket rub.
Toasted the buns - note: buns toast very quickly on a charcoal grill.
Pan fried bacon
Grilled onion rings.
Melted cheese slices on the burger and enjoy!
