The Buffalo BBQ are a spin off of scarbelly wings. The honey mustard wings was marinating in zesty Italian for about 20 hours. Of course you can't have wings without home made blue cheese

Funny you said that ab canuck, I brought left overs into work and was just thinking I don't think there gonna last till lunch

Those look so good I could def put down a plate full right now! What temp did you smoke them at? Looks like you got a real nice char to the skin.

They smoked around 230-240 for about 2 hours. Then at 300 until they was done in the middle. About 3 hours total pulling the smaller ones as needed
 
I’m jonesing for wings, they look great!

I saw your post and texted my wife : “I’m hungry for wings.”

Hopefully it’s my dinner tonight.
