OK just decided to combine these two since I made at the same time. Didn't really plan it that way but that the way it worked out! How did I ever have time to work!

Used Al's method except couple extra hours smoking. 2 week cure, 4 day dry, smoke hickory pellets mixed with chips 12 hours than another 4 day dry. A huge thanks SmokinAl SmokinAl for getting me through this. Just perfect. Wow!

Been a tough year getting pecans. Spent a lot of time searching, that a under statement, but finally found couple trees. Gave the guy who let me pick up some of these and he loves them. Going to drop some more off to him for a big thanks!

Only used 4 of these garlic as they where big and since person they going to not big on spicy only used 5 peppers. Added 1/2 cup oil and honey and took the boat motor to them. At this point just give me a spoon!

Ready for the oven. I prefer to use convection with this as they come out dryer. 325 convention or 350 regular. Ready need to use those silicon liners on pan or have a sticky mess.

Go 10 minutes than sprinkle with Kenny's seasoning. This stuff perfect for these. Stir and some more seasoning and stir again. Swap places in oven and go about 8 minutes. Repeat stir and season and remove from pan right away or they will burn. stir few times as they cool to keep from sticking. These are insanely good!

The bacon looks awesome Brian! And those pecans sound off the charts good. Nicely done!

Wow! Those look incredible! Great inspiration for getting out and doing my last 10 pounds of almonds! Thank you for sharing!
