Well I got a great deal on pork shoulders so I pick up 40 to 50 lbs and got the smoker fired up today. Well the will is blowing 15 mph and its 34* out. But hey I'm smoking. Had to add a blanket to keep the temps up. Just able to keep it @200 to 225.


 
Looking good, If this storm that blew through here makes it up to you, you'll have a nice stash and won't mind just sittin around.
 
Once again I dodged the bullet through NM. into AZ. sitting here in southern AZ. with an inch of snow on the desert floor-sure is purty. Home time and smoker time. Pic of the smoker with the blanket reminds me of keeping  horses warm.
 
25 degs here and gotten 10 in of snow since 6:30 this am. Not predicted to end until tomorrow am.
