They look good to me Chop!!! I've never used an SV, but can you do them in a ziplock bag to help prevent the water from getting to them?

That's not the case at all . SV works great . I have 2 , and use them all the time .
I made a mistake on how long to keep them in the water . Still came out good .

That being what I said I don't understand SV.

Yeah , that is the way to do it . I've done this before with no issues , but I just left it it the water to long . They were still good . 5lb . batch is half gone .
