It was user error.. Indulging in my name's product might of had something to do with it too ... Dropped my grate on it and knocked it off the table... broke the fold out stand on the back side... I hope parts are available for it ...
That they did ... called Thermoworks today... no questions asked.... But I told them it was user error .. "No problem, Sir" they said .. "We will be sending a new kickstand right away" ... I waited for her to ask for CC info ... "Oh... there's no charge.. we will be sending it to such and such address, is that correct" ...she said
Now 2 hrs later and I'm getting "Item has shipped" email's .... That quick ???
