Trying to send picture trying to figure it out. 2nd full brisket I cooked ever. First one was perfect this one I went a little too long still good though .

Looks like it just got to the crumble pull stage vs. slice stage, either way looks fantastic!
 
First couple slices crumbled on the side but after that it's slices good but it has a little bit of roast beef flavor so I definitely over cooked a bit. The next one I'll wrap after a good crust. I put it on 8:30 p.m. got up at 6 a.m. it started to rain or pour 2 inches of rain in 45 minutes I let it go. Bottom vents are closed I should have just open them up but I added charcoal I didn't have to. After the rain it was at 200 the smoker. Live and learn.
 
I'd still be eating it.
