Started a small brisket at 5am this morning. My son is having a get together this evening and asked me to cook a brisket he had. He had a small brisket from butchering a steer. The butcher didn't leave a leave much of a fat cap, so put a little bacon top. LOL bacon makes everything better. I used my own beef rub blend on it.
