Does anyone brine their brisket? Is there any advantage to doing so?
 
Never tried it, but the science suggests brining should help tenderness and retain moisture. Curious to see if others had success...JJ
 
I thought about using my bird brine on one this weekend.
 
I think for brisket injecting is the easiest way to get flavor & moisture into the meat.

But that's just me!
