Even as a kid I loved greens. Don't remember ever eating myself sick but I am amazed I didn't. Add that big pot of pintos with some sow belly and some cornbread, a tall glass of cold milk. One day another kid told me that was poor folks food, I couldn't imagine what rich folks could eat that was any better...LOL

Kevin that looks great,I've never eaten Mustard,Collard. Can't say I ever seen them around here,I would be all over tha bird for sure
