Just got here today. Looks like a good place to learn. I have a big and little weber and a Oid Smokey grill. Just got a WSM and used it one time so far. Ribs turned out great. Plan is to do a butt and 3 chickens on my day off Friday. My moto is if it don't taste like wood it ain't no good!
