OK, if I wanted to buy a breakfast sausage mix from one of the many internet stores, which one should I be looking at? Which store has good ones, and any to avoid. I know, personal tastes, but we all know when we really like something, and when we don't.

It can't have any heat, since the better half does not do well with spicy/heat.

I need a great go to mix that I can always have on hand.

Thanks

ps I've searched breakfast sausage and got a million recipes, but I'd like a good mix I can just order.

I have been using Pop's for years and its always perfect, and its so easy to modify if you like. I highly recommend it.

Fassett's Breakfast Sausage Seasoning

However, this time, for those that don't have scales, I also dumped the contents of each into appropriate measuring cups and come out with:
¾ cup salt
½ cup black pepper
½ cup sage
put in ziploc and shake thoroughly, then use 1 tbsp. per pound of meat

I just made breakfast maple links Saturday, his recipe + some maple syrup. Perfect!

I've used butcher and Packers mix before. Quite tasty. They call it "southern sausage" is excellent when mixes with HT cheddar in patties

I have 3 from sausage maker .
Hot pork sausage
Breakfast sausage
Maple sausage .
The hot is my favorite , but you said no heat .
The regular breakfast is good , didn't see much maple flavor in the maple . I need to give it another try .

AC Leggs makes a good product . Never had their breakfast mix yet .
Pop's gets high marks . That's on my list to try .

OK, what is Pop's? I've seen it mentioned twice.

We really like TheSausageMakers blends. We like the hot one, but they have a couple of other ones too.

Cabin Fever Spices. Just made some venison breakfast sausage. They don't have a website, but if you call them, they'll send you a price list. Never had a bad product from them.

Fassett's is great for an old school farm style sausage. If you are like me and raised on Bob Evan's, it will prove to be a bit of a challenge to find something you like as the bar is quite high. I have by no means tried them all but the ones I have are not in the ballpark for me. On my list to try is Owens. Running some their sticks this week.

I'll third this recommendation.

As mentioned you can easily modify it. I like to add the 1 tablespoon of Fassetts to the meat, then add other spices to the meat. That way the base bulk recipe remains the same. I usually add garlic, crushed red pepper, sometimes fennel, or ginger, etc.
