Breakfast from Supper as I get ready for tonight's supper

Just a quick note on breakfast as I smoke up tonight supper.
Mona made a slow cooker supper on Friday. And it is always good , so after 2 days of great meals . I always look forward to this

Supper for breakfast, lol

We just call it hash, the pork , potatoes , carrots and onions from the stew.
Chopped up and fried in a little bacon grease ( always on hand )
Couple over easy eggs , toast and place a big smile on my face :emoji_yum: :emoji_yum:

Now I roll myself out to the smoker and check on things for supper.

See you soon

Nice breakfast David, and neat way to use up some leftovers.

Point for sure

Looks great David but kinda funny on my end. I have some leftover corned beef from last night and considered making hash this morning. Decided to make Migas with steak fajita, queso, and warm flour torts with a side of guac instead. It was a fantastic breakfast but I love the look of yours buddy.

Looks phenomenal David… slap a bib on this ol redneck… and I’d be all over a plate of that!

Repurposed meals… leftovers are a fav of mine… just seems the flavors intensify a bit after a day or couple days!

Yours sounds good also,
This for us is so quick and tasty, and the pork Mona does in the slow cooker has lots of flavour as she puts in a mix of 2 gravy packs in there to simmer all day until I get home

Now that's a breakfast to put you in a coma! Nice work with the leftovers David!

It was great and I normally have a few slices of toast but held back and just had 1 to lick the plate clean when done.
So I could crawl away from table with no big issues, lol

You are right there , same with most foods if they last , flavour builds with age.

Funny, Mona said no thanks to some so. I thought I was getting it all until she saw and smelt it cooking
so dished her up a bit ( she eats like a bird ,so all good lol ) and fried her up 1 egg with hers . All good :emoji_sunglasses: :emoji_wink:

Well David, that is good food right there. I worked with a guy who would come to work in the mornings eating ribs, steak, pork chops, or whatever he had left over from supper the night before or nights before. He always said food is food, eat what you like and what you got...
