Used some Wisconsin Brats that we made up earlier this year for this cook. These brats go great with everything! Onions, green peppers, and some fresh garlic in a pan with some butter to cook down and get soft. Wisconsin brats getting grilled. While the brats were resting and waiting to be sliced I toasted some ciabatta buns on the grill with some garlic butter. Topped with cheese, the onion & pepper mix, more cheese, the sliced brats, and more cheese! Back on to the grill to melt the cheese. Meal tuned out excellent and I see a lot more of these creations in the future!
