I made up a two pound batch of Wisconsin Brats using the recipe from this forum.  I used the Brats to make up a dish that my kids love known as Brats and Tots.  I wish I could remember where I came across the original recipe so I could properly credit it but this is my variation.

Brown bite sized pieces of the brats with sauteed onions.

Add a can of cream of mushroom soup and simmer until integrated.

Pour meat mixture into a baking pan and add a layer frozen vegetables. (optional)

Add a later of tater tots.

Cover with a layer of shredded cheese, sharp cheddar in this case.

Bake at 350 for about 45 minutes.

Go to the trough.
