Bostonian Butt Stalled

My Boston butt has stalled at 153 for about the past hour. Feeling frustrated right now

Butts have a mind of their own!

One time 8 hours, the next, 12!

That's why I always say give yourself a 4 hour buffer. They hold well in a cooler wrapped in towels when they finish early, and the present well when done "right on time"!

If you're in a pinch, crank up the heat or finish it in the oven.  Butts can be stubborn!  Best of luck!

Tasted great. I want to tweak my rub I made a little bit. Maybe a little more of a sweet flavor. My fiancée and our guests stuffed their faces though. Also did some jalapeños in the smoker too.

i honestly don't remember how long. I just took them out when the bacon was done to my preference.
