I have been making a lot of sausage lately and have four frozen uncooked boston butt bones. Does anybody have any suggestions of what I can do with them?

I toss them into some brine solution and smoke them; they make great chew toys for my dogs and won't spoil easily either, being cured and smoked. Or, put one or two into some soup you're making for good smoky flavor.
