I just saw an ad in the paper where the local HyVee grocery store has Boneless Boston Butt Pork Roast for $1.59 per pound. My first thought was "this is an excellent price" but after thinking about it I'm not so sure. I have never bought a boneless butt.
What do all of you think? Is that a good price? Will it cook the same as a Bone-In Boston Butt?
