You can put a rub on it and cook it...

You could inject it with a solution of some kind ;http://www.smokingmeatforums.com/t/83513/turkey-question-brining-vs-injecting

But , what ever you do , cook it to 165*F in the middle of the meat .  I suggest cooking at 300^F , unless you can't obtain that heat , 225*F will be good , just limp Skin, but

good Turkey.

Did I miss anything , Oh, yes, keep the door to the Smoker closed , only feed the Smoke...
