1/2c K-up
1/4c Apple Juice
1t Apple cider vig
1/8t Onion Powder
1/8t Garlic Powder
1/8t Crushed Red pepper
1/8t Cumin Powder
1/8t Smoked paperika
1/8t Chilie powder
1/8t Kosher salt
1/8t Black pepper
1/8t Paperika
1/4t Cayene
1T Molases
1T Lemon Juice
1T Honey
1T Mustard Powder
2T Liquid Smoke (Hickory)
6T Dark Brown Sugar
1T Sugar
To make it spicy add 1/2t of the following
Mustard Powder, Cayene, Black pepper, Paperika, Smoke Paperika, Chipotle powder
I whipped up a batch of this stuff a week and a half ago...
I made a few changes...IT IS THE BEST SAUCE I HAVE EVER MADE
I did a quadruple batch
Switched apple juice to my home brewed apple cider, the onion to Wild onion powder, The Garlic powder to Home dried garlic powder, The chili powders to My dried hot pepper mix powders (Hot mix is Thai dragons,chili's, Habbies,Serrano's, Modello's and Jap's) Skipped the plain sugar,
Added 1/4 cup of beef broth and 1/4 cup pureed mild pickled peppers (bell,bananna,Anaheim, and hungarian wax)
I also added 1/2 TSP of spec powder (Hot pepper mix, dried tomato, cumin,Paprika, Mild pepper mix, and black pepper)

This sauce is the absolute best sauce I have ever made! Of course, I will have to tweet it to make it my own. Maybe a little less sugar and omit the red pepper flakes. Anyway, thanks for the recipe!
