Anyway, was going to do this on Christmas, but didn’t have the time, so I did it today.
220 on the smoker with apple and cherry. It got close to done before the smoker dropped below 200, so I popped it in the oven to finish.
This was the juiciest pork I’ve ever made, or eaten.
