I mostly burn pellets for flavor wood. Oak pellets are pretty scarce as well. Cherry is even hard to find at times.Ever tried oak?

Indeed they are. Kind of a dying breed but still very available and are very powerful machines. The ground meat going through it kind of reminds me of the sound of a good garbage disposal, very robust and creates very little heat on the meat batter.I am going to have to look into one of them Champion juicers… sounds like they are handy to have.
A day late and a dollar short on this one Eric. The finished product looks fantastic.
