ABT's with a super sharp, aged white cheddar and some super nice bacon, my rendition of "scotch eggs" -fresh slaughter sausage stuffed with a hard boiled eggy inside, a few with some of the bacon I had left, one with out, and just a couple of hard boiled eggs, I ran out of the fresh sausage... I'd like to see if the absorb enough of the smokey flavor - I think they'd make awesome deviled eggies ;)

It's all about just tryin new stuff today ;)
 
Lost all of the cheesy goodness out of my ABT's - I kinda expected that, will modify in the future. The scotch egg fatties look good. Booty still in the smoker :)

You've probably figured this out, but you just need to leave the stems/end caps on. This makes a little boat to contain your fillings. When you place the ABT's in the smoker just set them "keel" side down. Happy belated birthday Alicia!
