Haven't smoked in years but getting back into it. I'm in North Florida (Gainesville area) and own and operate a small farm. We sell at a couple local farmers markets. Really interested in sausage making and general charcuterie. I love cutting and making different meat products. Right now I have a small charcoal smoker but am building an outdoor kitchen(at some point) with a combination grill, brick oven and smoker using block and bricks. Have enjoyed this site for a long time...finally joined. Bill
