Just wanted to throw out a big thanks to all of you that have helped me over the last month or so. Have had my smoker just over a month and so far have done 2 butts, 3 fatties, 2 batches of ABTs, 3 turkey breasts, country style ribs, a meatloaf, hamburgers and some Italian sausages. Everything has turned out great so far and I owe a lot of it to the advice I got from you all. So here it is
