Big-Shot-Glass Burgers

With 9.3 million views, the BBQ Pit Boys Beer Can Burger video on YouTube is quite popular but, honestly, I can't eat a burger made with 3/4 lbs of ground beef plus filler. To scale things back a bit I use a big shot glass and about 5-oz. of 85-15 ground beef. These burgers will fit on a bun.

Today we made two types - stuffed with...

• Andioulle sausage, mozzarella and chipotle cheeses, and
• Jalapeno artichoke dip

All were wrapped with bacon - because - bacon.
Set the MES40 smoker on 275F.
Used mesquite chips for smoke.
50 minutes later they were done.
