I’ve been looking for a place to get good BB ribs. I used to have a place close that sold compart duroc pork but they closed down. Got these at a grocer and very happy with them. 3.5 lb’s per rack and it was all rib meat, no loin. Did 3-2-1. They were really good but 2-2-1 would have been better even on these big boys. 250 degrees rubbed with Meat Church Honey Hog. Wrapped with brown sugar snd some squeeze butter.

I have I do them both ways but this is my family’s preference for them.

Late to the show, great looking ribs, who does not like a big plate of perfect ribs
( why would 2-2-1 have been better for these ones ) but 2-2-1 would have been better even on these big boys
