Hey Everyone, Very Awesome site that is very informative! I live in Jax, Fl and have been smoking for about a year. I use a silver smoker. I'm smoking brisket, butt, bologna, a fatty, baby back ribs, and chicken for playoff sunday. With all this info I can't go wrong. I got some Bone Suckin Sauce Rub and will be using some blackjack oak and pecan wood. Thanks!!
