Big game to me is shooting a large animal.... I dont even watch hockey.... don't know what all the hipe is for...lol

Got the inlaws comin over this afternoon... evening... BJ's was out of ribs after i talked them up.... they offered us a case deal for 80 bucks... got like 8 -three packs in them.... was all excited and they were out...

well i found some high dollar babybacks at the grocery store....

got the fixins for some ABTs and a fatty... filling with crabmeat...

Look for the QVIEW later!!!

HAHA! this is too funny.. I agree, the biggest game of the year is definitely opening day of deer season. I was reading on the net on another forum and someone said deer tasted like skunk!?!?! i bit my tongue and came back to smoking-meat... didn't want to upset anyone...

Heh! The Big GAMES are the Stanley Cup playoff games for me. And when I say my Wings are hot... I mean the HOCKEY team, not chicken parts. Well, usually.

But I gotta admit, the possibility of a perfect season IS compelling.

2lb. fatty with chopped onion, backfin crabmeat, and taco cheese
in the makin'

rolled up with some bacon and sprinkled with Magic Dust

the remaining crabmeat made a snack... MD crabcakes....

ribs all rubbed up in magic dust....

ribs on!!!

Did a batch of baked beans w/ BBQ sauce, pineapple, chopped onion, topped with bacon, and a little magic dust... qview of them when they go on to follow.... stay tuned....

Inlaws loved it all... wife made mashed potatoes, corn on the cob, asparagus, pork chop... apple cake with carmel stuff drizzled on top and came out of oven as dinner was finished....
